I would really like to know who had that shoulders brilliant idea.
Why do you think so many users liked the "Holiday in Balmora" costume? A nice design, yes!
Those shoulders in "Buoyant Gentility" costume kind of bury the awesome chest design, do not give prominence to the shape but it just makes it DULL.
Shoes are ugly as hell but one can cope with that, those shoulders are out of place entirely!
My English is not good otherwise I would write an essay about how bad those shoulders are for this costume. Just disappointed and this is my feedback.

And what ruins that for me are indeed the shoulders.
The frequency we will see it around on players will speak about sales even if it's new and the other one is around for days now.

Sure, I'm referring to the 3D model (npc version or not) when they designed it. Ugly shoulders shouldn't have been added to an otherwise pretty nice outfit (shoes excluded).
In the end ZOS will see how the sales went compared to the "Holiday in Balmora" and we will observe that in game as well.

That's for sure, there are armor just disgusting for waist flaps and giant shoulders, I fully agree. Though that's understandable since they make good money out of costumes and have all the interest to keep armor meh or super ugly.
That's primarily why I guess transmog won't come cheap.
