Have already put in a ticket for this with no solution as of yet. I spent a few hours gathering all of the rubbings to turn this in and went to the guy to turn in and he took them all from my inventory and then i waited for a quest to appear and it didn't. So. I looked at my achievement list and found that i was missing one, so I refer back to the map I was using and went to the tomb location and it will not let me collect the rubbing i missed therefor I cannot complete the achievement in order to get the quest and get the title and the furnishing. The Redas Ancestral Tomb is the one it says i am missing and the one not appearing on the map in the library in game yet it will not let me get it.
I have deleted my local data, hard restart xbox, tried weapon swapping at tomb to be able to grab. ESO keeps telling me to abandon quest and restart.... i don't have the quest yet.
