What's up with the lag? It's takes two minutes just to mount up. Then the game crashes.

    You'd have to provide some more information, platform, region etc.

    PC, all regions, going through all my characters this morning like I do everyday to research traits and all are experiencing horrible long lag and then the game crashes.

    2 minutes is not lag, that is game locking/freezing/disconnecting. Just saying wrong term used that's all.
