Launcher sent me an access code, not receiving access code

Apparently my IP was changed by my internet provider, and the launcher won't let me log in without an access code. I'm not receiving the access code. I checked to make sure my email is current in my Account page on the website, and I have gotten emails from ESO before. I also have ESO whitelisted so everything shoudl be going into my inbox and not my spam, but I did check both. This is very frustrating considering that getting free crown crates depends on logging in, and I can't log in. >.>

Still waiting for someone to look at my support ticket, and now I've missed a day of getting a free crown crate. I'm a subscriber, and this is infuriating that this access code email bug, which I see has plagued others before, suddenly hits me during an event which is depending on me logging into the game.

Ok, customer support finally got to my support ticket, but I did lose a day of logging in during the event. For those interested, hotmail is no longer allowing mail with access codes to be put either in my inbox or spam box even though I have email coming from eso whitelisted as per instructions on their support page. I switched to gmail, and added eso's access code email address to my whitelist there, and it is working. This is for those who run into the issue and want to try a different email provider.
