I was playing a hybrid dk last patch with pelinals and truth and it was tough. The changes in morrowind and introduction of shacklebreaker plus the exemplary gameplay shown here make me want to re-visit the hybrid.

Everyone should note, Vyr plays with terrible ping and makes it look easy.

I think my damage values are on par with an Impreg+DR in 5 light. I would hazard a guess that your whip tooltip is in the range 8.5-9k (when buffed with major sorc)? Personally, fully buffed, I sit at 8.9k. Pierce armour gives me more spell pene than 5 light does. Only difference is you would have 10% more crit than me.

Not saying this build is better by any means but just going off damage values it's comparable to a LA mDK.

Don't think it's a damage issue, what I see is a survivability issue. I don't see the enemies in your video putting any kind of pressure on you, and I don't see you using block. I doubt shuffle is enough to survive where others have to permablock? Maybe your pressure is enough to alleviate that issue?

always felt like EU players are more hardcore and NA are casual but you can't definitely say that. Most videos like these are about finding people much less experienced than you anyways. It's all in the name of entertainment

Don't think it's a damage issue, what I see is a survivability issue. I don't see the enemies in your video putting any kind of pressure on you, and I don't see you using block. Well this build is centred around roll dodging as opposed to block. Shuffle helps alot though.

In situations where I am getting heavy pressure, its a matter of dodge roll -> lash proc -> embers -> roll -> repeat. Deep breath if you have alot around you. You can substitute rolls with lash procs as long as they are there. Obviously like all builds it has it's flaws. Warden birds for one but i think we all have issues with those damned birds xD

I say that from playing on both platforms, as well as other people playing on both. Force Siphon says the same, EU pugs are a lot worse to play against, Etaniel will tell you the same I'm sure. I myself felt the same after playing on both. Kodi when he streamed on EU couldn't do half the things he could do on NA (and it wasn't just a ping issue, he just found our pugs harder to play against), and he's a great great player. I'm not saying we're all better than you, imo the top end of players are basically the same across both platforms. But I do think our pugs are better/cancerous/hardcore however you want to put it. It's why you see so few 1vX vids from EU compared to NA.

Not trying to say your play is bad, or your vid is bad, just that setups on NA have been found to not work on EU cause of the state of our pugs. Nothing against you I assure you, as I said, I do enjoy your vids.
