Not gaining experience in group on group finder (PC)

My wife and I are playing together and when we finish a dungeon on group finder, I level 2 times and she gets virtually no xp. She also doesn't see the achievement for completing the dungeon either. We've tried with both her setting up the queue as the party leader and me trying. Neither changed anything. She does gain xp for the quest we do at the start of the dungeon, and I believe for killing mobs. But I leveled up 5 times past her while she has only leveled once...from 2 dungeons!
