Duel Wield is unplayable XB One (Ignore as duplicate post)

Abilities are not happening such as flurry and a few seconds later you get the combat numbers. Appears to be more noticeable when weaving and happens with both heavy attacks and light attacks. Even using venomous claws for example the same glitch. Heavy attack - claws = toon standing there with a stupid look on his face then boom numbers all over the place. It is so bad I have had to stop playing on any of my D/W builds.
