For my mag dk dps are silks of the sun worth it? Is julianos better? Help!

Silks of the sun adds higher raw damage for DK's due to the fire, it adds same amount of magicka but offers no crit. In exchange it adds health which for a close range mage like the magDk can be invaluable.
