Battleground load screen bug

So after queuing for 30 minutes to find a game (Lord knows why anyone would put a ready check on matchmaking, someone failed game dev 101) I get kicked for inactivity due to a load screen. When I die in BG, I get chucked into a 5 minute load screen and when it's over, im kicked and forbidden from joining another game for 16 minutes (or what ever it is). This happens every time.
