This is the first time I have had an issue with my Visa while making video game related purchases. It says I have an error in my billing address, which is false. When I try and use PayPal it just freezes on a screen or it says it cannot be processed. I remember having similar issues two years ago when I first started playing. Starting to wonder if it's even worth returning now if I can't enjoy the expansion.
