In TES III one always should be aware of those nasty cliff racers, which love to attack careless strangers from above. What we see in the online version of Vvardenfell is just unacceptable! Dangerous cliff racers are lazy now and wondering around on paws, when their harmless kin only flying and yelling.
Why not to add simple encounters where cliff racer will attack you in brutal and sudden way?

Keldheir✭✭✭✭They already explained that. It's cliff striders that haven't evolved into cliff racers yet. That's why they don't fly. Would've prefered cliff racers as well but that's what we got.PC EU2 -
