Stamplar DPS after Morrowind-Stamplar vs Warden

I've been playing hard and heavy on my warden (both stamina and magica) since the class dropped on PC and havent touched my Stamplar which I've played for 3 years. I always felt the warden was the class for me since they dropped it before release. With that said though, I've been missing my templar, mainly due to it being the only spear using class and it's melee spammable. How have Stamplar been affected by the latest update. DPS more or less?, harder to maintain resources, etc? Unfortunately I work too much so I can't really devote a ton of time to both nowadays. In your opinion how are they doing and if you had to compare the two (Temp and warden) from a stamina standpoint which do you think is in the best spot. Even though my warden's 50 I'm still kind of up in the air on how I feel about the class and I'm just looking for others opinions that might sway me one way or another.

For an idea of what I normally do on my characters, it's really a mix bag. I PVP, dungeons, and overland activities. I'm not into running Trials or Maelstrom.

Stamplar pvp burst is pretty good if you can time PotL well. As for dungeons and soloing, it's a really sturdy setup with decent DPS, so if you do come back to the stamplar fan club... I'll give you the badge back

I might take you up on it. Resource gain still a non issue with repentance? I remember hearing about some change to the skill but I had already locked into the warden so I didn't pay much attention.

I think the lack of a melee spammable and the unreliability of the bear has put me back on the fence of which class to go with. I ended up running a lot of the same weapon/RVR abilities on both classes so it really comes down to the spammable and some passives. There are a few cool looking nature abilities on the warden but they still get knocked off by rally/vigor, etc. After the initial new car smell has worn off I'm finding it hard to choose which one to main lol.

The change to Repentance was that the stamina return was only to the caster (you). I never tested it to see if it was reduced or not. Not sure how group members would like you using it as it may take away from quick heals the healer (if Templar) may need to use.
