To all vHoF raiders beware of sudden group kick and reset!

Not sure where to put this but just as a warning to all the vHoF groups also a note to ZOS, because it is really frustrating!
Long story short, on 18 June (sat) about 1am AEST, we were able to get the boss to 3% and with few more tries will be able to clear the vHoF, then after a wipe and we started the boss again, then after less than 30 secs, all group got kicked outside of vHoF, no warning or message! just the whole group got instant teleported out of the dungeon right in the middle of boss fight!!
And when we tried to get back into the dungeon immediately, we have found our vHoF has been reset, all record lost, so we have to start from the 1st boss again. also, it is so random and sudden we could not determined what caused it.
Luckily, my guild finally beat the vHoF last night, without me cause I got to work tomorrow. (thanks to your laggy and buggy product! ZOS FXXX U!!!!)
Not here to ask for compensation, but it is really really a game breaking, frustrating and unacceptable bug, none of the MMO on the market has so many game-breaking bugs and unbalance setting like ESO, so please ZOS get your game fixed! (I guess you may never will but at least fix the sudden group kick first pls??!!!)
