✭✭✭✭✭It really highlights the main issue I have with housing : it seems to have been intended as a gold sink, but went way too far with it. high housing prices I'm fine with because you KNOW what your template is going to look like well ahead of time and can spend the crowns or gold as you see fit on the one(s) you love. Decorating, however, is a complete joke for most players because they'll never have the gold OR crowns to play around with stuff properly and you can't know how anything is really going to look in your home until you've already bought it. The preview option is great, of course, but that's not what I mean. I'm talking how it will look in the context of your home and other decorations. At the very least, Achievement furnishings should have been one-time buys that you can then place in your home up to the item cap. Then you can play around as much as you want with uncraftable items that you can't get anywhere else (even the crown store).Men'Do PC NA AD Khajiit

I think one of the biggest issues with housing items is the lack of options to preview things properly. I know we get a preview of sorts, but surely I'm not the only person that's still left scratching my head when it comes to what the actual item will look like once bought and placed in the house proper. The preview option should allow us to look at the item next to our character. The only difference being we couldn't obviously place it and leave it. A better sense of scope wouldn't be too much to ask.5 -

I don't know if you're using an addon for preview the furniture, but if not you should install furniture previw, it help for avoid bad surprises like this.
