I tried just now and it says I need to log into my account via the Launcher. Is there any ETA on when the 64 bit client will be added to the launcher? Or has it been already?

fgoron2000✭✭✭✭Another option is to attach the executable eso64.exe directly in Steam as a non-Steam game. I don't have the steps to offer, but I did do that before the launcher added the 64bit option
