Camera centers to mouse position?

Hi,
i got an annoying problem for a few days:
everytime the game switches to mouse mode (e.g. looking at the map, writing in chat, and using other menus) my camera centers to the position of the mouse when i close the menus.
sometimes it just turns about 90° or more. It does the same when i go manually in pointer mode by using "." and leave it with the same button.
I tried disabling all addons but nothing helped so far
