Billing problem + Upgrade problem

Dear sirs,
I've purchased:
ESO plus Membership (on 14.06.2017)
and
TWICE Morrowind Upgrade (first on 19.05.2017 and second today on 14.06.2017)
But none of the purchases has passed on my account but money from my card was taken like (979 + 1399 + 1399 rubles)
I got to step 5, but there were no any request for confirmation (not on e-mail, not on site)
Only after i purchased code from side site i was able to upgrade my account for Morrowind
Can you help me to get my money back?
