stuck at load in screen after password

I am new to the game (started late April) I am a vet WoW player and thought ESO was going to be better, but way more glitches on patch day than WoW and was never told I didn't have enough "space" for the patches......

this is my current issue:

It has been 2 days now, and I am still stuck at the load in screen and I sometimes get an error for inactivity.....
Once I was able to download the patch (after many repairs ) I was able to get to the log in screen.
once I signed in and put in my password it would take me to the load in screen....then I waited, and waited.......

Ongoing issue:

The game again for the 8th time I get "We noticed an attempt to log in to your account for The Elder Scrolls® Online from a new IP address" this is annoying.

I sent in a ticket through support with the requested report, but does anyone have a quick fix? I have tried some of the suggestions of logging in via the ESO client but I have the same problem.

I guess the game just doesn't want me to play.

Well it is now Friday and not one response. I guess I paid for a game I cannot play. I have had nothing but issues since I started in April.

Maybe your firewall blocks the game from connecting to a game server. You can get to the login server but not the game server.

Do you make it to the character screen or the load screen prior to that? Does this happen on both the 32bit and 64bit client?
