The entire support website is a mess of bugs
First off.
You cannot login. the login button you need to press after filling in your username and password does not work. enter does not work on opera or firefox. it does work on edge tho.
I also heard about a bug that causes passwords longer then 20 characters to not work (this isn't what my problem is because my password is smaller then that)
If you go through these steps: "windows > ingame issue > character issue > deleted character" and then click onto the link
You get send back all the way to the start
In the end i don't need a character restored but still
