Expats who move should not purchase ESO on PS4, get it on PC

With the release of Morrowind I got screwed over because I was an Expat living in Taiwan where ESO is available but not Morrowind.

I moved to another country and the local Zenimax Customer Service told me purchasing the Morrowind CD version would work, but after purchase I found out I had to enter a PSN Code in order to play Morrowind it wouldn't work on my Taiwan PS Store. In order for me to play Morrowind I need to create a new PSN, a new account, a new ESO+, and catch up the 2000 hours of gameplay invested to get back to an optimal HL and competitive Trial player.

I contacted both Sony and Zenimax and their answers were pretty straight forward: They cannot modify or access PS Accounts (or ESO accounts tied to a Playstation account).

I don't think Morrowind will be the last Expansion with a regional barrier. I thought consumers like me who have to move every X years should know of this. For those who travel and wish to play ESO, buy it on PC.
