Do Dungeon difficulty level affect the likelihood of certain drops?

Is there any difference in Dungeon level I (normal and veteran) and Dungeon level II (normal and veteran)?
Do certain items drop at one level but not another?
I am farming the Lich Neckless and two one-handed weapons (swords)
Have already done 6 runs on Crypt level I (veteran) and got none
Was wondering whether I should jump to Crypt level II

mesmerizedish✭✭✭✭✭There's no difference in drop rate between normal and vet, but normal drops blue items and you can't improve jewelry, so you should go for vet to get the purple accessories.
CoH II is not a harder version of CoH I, it's not a "level 2." It's a different dungeon altogether with different bosses and a different story. The map is the same, but it's a sequel. And you're still just as likely to get a piece from one as you are from the other, aside from things that are unique to one like the monster set.0
