Discussing raid group setups basing on normal Trials is a joke.We ran some trials last night with health Warden main tank, DK off tanking. Don't know if it was the Warden or rest of the group improving, but we breezed through the easier normal trials much faster than usual.
We usually rarely agree, but the truth was spoken here. From what we see at EU at this moment - it's either sticking to the old "classy" raidsetup, more-or-less mentioned above, or the new 2-3+ Master Architect setup with Magicka NBs and Templars utilizing cheap Ultimates. We didn't decide on our preference yet but definitely the presence of Warden (or lack of it) didn't seem to affect overall performance much (if at all) as their buffs are overlapping with either Warhorn, Sorcerer passives, DK/taunt debuffs etc.Giles.floydub17_ESO wrote: »For vMoL it was helpful having at least one DK dps for twins and having 4 ranged for running the back room on Rakkhat HM since the debuff could not be cleansed and did damage to those around them.
For vHoF, as for DPS, it is more about mechanics. Ranged is helpful and some the fights place more challenges on melee to stay out of AoE damage. It is easy for a magtemplar to go ranged, a little less options for a DK, but possible. Given that high DPS is less of an issue that would not matter.
Also, while stam did not suck during the last update, saw a number do great in vMoL, it has improved with Morrowind from what I am seeing.
