Bow heavy attack auto fire, Disable?

I was sneaking nearby of some enemies and was holding the bow attack down as usual (Fully charged hheavy attack) when i noticed that enemies are all the time hit by someone.. It was me...
I had some other bow player nearby as well and i just thpought that he/she was spamming bow as others usually seem to do, i did not pay much attention to my avatar so thats why i did not notice that i was shooting arrows everywhere like crazy...
Anyway is there an option to turn ythis *** off?
Most likely not.. There is not option to turn off that idiotic block image in front of my either yet..
What happened to the ESo that was aimed to be the most immersive MMORPG out there? Now its filled withj stupid gameplay mechanics and odd visual cues for when some buff is on and nothing can be turned off to go back to immersive mode.
Ice and fire staves were gone for 2 years now becuase they never could fix the sound issues with them, now it seems that the bow is also going to be good firewood to grill some roast bear...
Please tell me this can be turned off.

✭Other changes i can easily live with but this bow thing is totally whacking my playstyle and while i can change my playstyle, the new usage of bow is not enjoyable anymore.
I always used to sneak with bow ready to fire the shot at sign of first trouble.. Now it just feels stupid that my skilled bow user cant hold the bow drawn anymore.
This only nerfed my enjoyment of using bow.
I usually dont read patch notes.. They tend to make me angry in most games because the "balance" and "improvments". When there is some change i dont know about, the chances are, it can be missed while normally playing and therefore, will not kill the immersion.
