Disconnect During Battlegrounds > Error 326: This character is currently locked

Since disconnecting from Battlegrounds last night at around 6 PM EST due to a "bandwidth cap", I can not log into my dragonknight Razrock. I've emailed back and forth with support a few times but they have not been able to help me yet. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
