Make Werewolf good again

We all know that Werewolf isnt nearly as good as the vampire in PvE and PvP. When I think Werewolf, I think of in Skyrim the undying killer machine. So Why not make it a Tank and a DD. These are some suggestion i have come up with.

Let the Werewolf be come a toggle like the bear. and you take it off the bar to transform back into the human form. Then the ultis can be used like every other ulti.

Berserker : Make this like the bear ability. Activate and deals execute damage .
Pack Leader : Make this like War Horn. Let it give the major resistances, and let guard be used in werewolf form.
1) Make the unused morph a chains
2) Fortitude : Make this skill aoe HoT, like echo vigor
3) Make the unused morph get an aoe Taunt. (making the werewolf unique)
4) Howl of Despair : Give this skill minor maim. As well as the current affect.

I Hope many people agree with me, or at least something like this happens. This will also give more classes a reason to tank, even if they are in werewolf.

    Idk ww is already quite strong. I have no problem with it. I think adding skills to buff it would simply make it op. If you want ww to be really really good then you build for that and make it your main form of attack. I don't build for it, but used in the right situation I've helped turn the tide on zergs via fear and it's natural tankiness. Providing my latency is good I can literally leap into the middle of a zerg and send half of them running while the other half gets blasted by my faction. It's just that you can't use it in every single situation, a good player with dawnbreaker can usually take you out easily unless you're built for it and I think it should stay that way.

    Rarely see it in PvP, if ever. It def needs buffing there.

    Werewolf is awesome and fun, but once you transform literally everybody in the entire campaign will target you...

    The skills could use some love ,they are expensive as hell , maybe 10-15% cost reduction would be nice , otherwise WW is in a good spot in pvp if you are build for it .

    We have a group of 5-6 players that go WW in Cyrodiil most days. Best fun ever.

    Werewolf is awesome i run a stam build werewolf and quite honestly it is destructive as hell, main problem is their stam costs are insane, they should probably tone them down alittle, otherwise they are in an awesome spot.

    Reason you dont see them in PvP as often is the fact "big scary thing kill it!" because you ignore a wolf it'll shred the sheep.

    Werewolves do need some quality of life enhancements.
    -Allow rezzing players
    -Allow putting down siege
    -Allow stealthing
    -Allow tormentor to proc on pounce
    -Allow some way for wolves to shake snares

    I for one, don't care to rez players..just devour an for the time increase.. I'll break wolf to res of need be
    And a beserking werewolf shooting catapults seems dumb but maybe let us pick locks


    -one of the most ridiculous things I've ever done was figure out how op werewolf is when you use invisible + rapid maneuver potions.. It was great for kiting around LoS, to invisible, they chase where they thought u would go..no one expects stealth..so then hit em right in the face with a heavy/bowl combo from sneak.. Man I miss my wolf..
