5 peace Elegant set, 5 peace Julianos set, Ilambris's Visage for the one set bonus. Everything but the helm and the jewelry is gold.
both weapons are lightning and nirnhoned and Absorb magicka for resource regen.
Unbuffed: 31kM, 14kH, 9kS, SP:2681 Crit:48.2%
Regen: Mag776, Hlth:309, Stam575

Self Buff: SP: 3217 everything else is the same.
I know i know what your thinking "Your Magicka Regen is *** as in bad".... i make it up with the magica absorb on the weapon and boost is in Tenacity. if you use your staff more for your main dps since its also boosted in Staff Expert, and the Elegant set the dmg is actually really good.
Bar1: Wall of Elements{Unstable Wall}, Scorch{Deep Fissure}, Falcon's Swiftness{Bird of Pray}, Betty Netch{Blue Betty}
When Wall, and Deep are up i use my weapon or im rebuffing witch increase dmg.
Bar2: Force Shock{Crushing Shock}, Dive{Screaming Cliff Racer}, Swarm{Fetcher Infection}, and Maneuver's for fast mounting runs.
more for long range and single targeting fights.
Both bars have Eternal Guardian for that extra smack. Im thinking about changing that to Elemental Storm{Elemental Rage}
So fare im having fun with this play style and with this spec mobs are falling quick. Ill have to try it in a dungeon when i get more skill points. i have plenty of resource and if it becomes empty just use my staff a few times and baam full magicka. let me know what yall think of this setup. Different i admit but so far it works.
