Will there be a skill in perhaps alchemy that allows for a quicker potion timer? Whats the consensus for something like this? Is there something that already does this?

✭✭✭✭✭The Cool Down?
There are some Enchants you can make to reduce this a little. They are jewelry glyphs and I don't think the Aspect you use has any impact on the CD Reduction. So test that.
There is a passive that increases the length of the potions effect so that they use up almost all the Cool Down anyway.
And, there is a crafted set or two that help with Potion Builds, but not to reduce the CD, but to buff your attacks. Clever Alchemist is one of them.
Finally, Argonians seem to have the best racials with Potions in mind.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
