[BUG] Hurricane making a red doom circle

Since last patch, I'm getting a red circle of doom visual when other PCs use Hurricane. It's in place of, not additional to, the usual Hurricane swirly visual.
Doesn't happen every time, and I can't figure out what variable is in play when it does.
Also: I had health bars turned on for all enemies for a bit, and sometimes Warden bears display as enemies when they first come into view. Red healthbar of enemydom shows for a second or two, and then they revert to friendliness.
Also: I can heal PC-summoned clannfears, but not matriarchs. Ever. And sometimes I can heal a Warden's bear, sometimes not. Tried with various templar heals, including BoL and Ritual of Cleansing, and with resto staff skills Rapid Regen and Illustrious Healing.

Classes that don't need any class ability nerfs: Nightblades, Dragonknights, Sorcs, Templars, Wardens.
