Which is the most powerful ranged nuke in the game ?

Assuming all possible buffs and situations present (some spells hit harder for low health ...so assume that mob health is low for this discussion) which is the most powerful ranged nuke in ESO ?
Not necessarily the DPS as some spells require casting but I am more interested the resultant damage output in entirety by the single spell/ranged ability

I would guess a channel ultimate, like the bow ultimate would be the strongest in terms of its full damage.0 -

Eshelmen✭✭✭✭✭Jesus beam is strong, sure. I use it daily, but even at 90+k damage(buffs) , I still barely tickle certain individuals..
I'd say destro ultimate is the absolute destroyer.
Insane aoes and you can also inflict more damage as it's an instant casy and doesn't require 3.4 seconds like Jesus beam does. So you can essentially hit them with the ULT and use whatever skills you have as well.

When you say ranged nuke well.... its a giant storm cloud with molten rain all over the place. Can be insanly strong if placed correctly.
