[BUG] Warden Netch pulls you out of stealth/sneak

Dear ZOS:
During the March 31st ESO Live show at approximately 55minutes, in reference to the Betty Netch skill, Gina asks the devs if it will pull you out of cloak or stealth, and the answer in the video was that no, they would not. In fact, at 55:48 the devs state that "it will not break you from stealth if you cast it, especially because the Betty Netch itself is like a self-buff."
Well, sadly, that is NOT the case on live right now. And it's incredibly annoying. Every time I cast Netch (I currently use the Bull Netch morph) I am taken out of stealth (eye widens and changes to DETECTED briefly) and then am returned to stealth. Given the paradigm stated in this video -- that self-buffs are not supposed to reveal you -- I am reporting this as a bug.
Other Warden self-buff spells, such as Lotus Blossom and Falcon's Swiftness, function correctly according to this stated paradigm, and do not reveal you from stealth. Let's please see Netch do the same.

Member of ESO Since January 29, 2014, started early Access 3/30/14 on PC, currently subbed on NA PS4 and on NA PC. Note- I only use PC for PTS testing purposes, the PS4 is my dedicated Game Platform.
Note- for those that don't know how to say Kotaro Atani it's "Ko tar row Ah ta ni" (Ko with a Oh sound, tar which sounds like the sticky black tar stuff, row like rowing a boat, Ah with a AHHHH sound, Ta with a Tahhh sound, Neeee which sounds like knee)
Things ZOS needs to Fix:"Lag in PvP" / AOE's need to run for their time stated in the Tool Tip, especially Ultimate's / Smart drops are still not smart / Fix it ZOS, fix it.

can confirm this, also when you are in stealth the netche's beam is still visible, so the enemy just has to follow the beam to find you...
The warden wings are also visible for enemy players when used in stealth.
