Multiple casts with a single skill on PC NA

multiple times i have been "1 shot" and in the combat log it shows in order
crit rush or ivasion
dawnbreaker of smithing or trap beast
reverse slice or incap
all of which were within the charging animation
i have been told frequently that this has been going on for a while, were people are using macros/scripts to animation cancel crit rush/invasion and cast 2-3 skills while doing the charge
this isnt ok and it should be looked into @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_EveP @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GaryA @ZOS_TristanK
