Imperial Templar

Im building a new character of an Imperial Templar and would prefer to focus on stam rather than magic build. Id like to do 2h and bow/restro staff and 1h and shield for end game with the vibe of being an off-tank dps. Is this even possible anymore? I have heard alot of negative feedback about the future of templars in the game including Deltia from deltiasgaming.com completely ending his templar character and leaving ESO all together. Is it worth it or should I stick with my lvl 36 DK and attempt to decide between magika and stam for that class?

    Stick with DK, for now.

My advice has to be taken with this in mind: I'm very worried about stamina Templar because stamina return for Templars got absolutely massacred by ZOS in this patch.

Repentance was an absolutely essential skill that got a MAJOR NERF because now only 1 Templar - the one who casts the skill - can get stamina back from it. Combine that with the fact that Templar is the only class that doesn't have guaranteed stamina return outside of major/minor buffs, potions, and heavy attacks, and this is why I am having ESO nightmares.

The Repentance change is absolute nonsense because it forces grouped Templars to compete for stamina, and ZOS seems committed to ignoring that it's a major problem in the wake of the sustain changes.

From a pvp perspective, particularly large scale play, it was a good change. Repentance made zergs way to strong.

I dont think only 1 Templar should be able to repent though, thats none sense.
