I need a confirmation of what these Crown Scrolls are before I freak out (Not in a good way).

I'm not talking about the research scrolls, already know about them. I don't mind the research scrolls at all, but if this is what I think it is…

Its the crown counterpart to the research scrolls. just like how stablemaster stats per char have the counterpart being the riding lessons.

So there are crown, crown x100, x200 and x300. Edit: It looks like the page was updated, or I didn't read carefully. They appear to be experience scrolls.

The link works. My guess is that they will nerf all grinding and then sell these super XP scrolls to grab more cash. Just a guess.

according to natch potes research scrolls are available from mastercraft mediator in game via crafting writs with morrowind, (im console so cant check myself)

There are experience scrolls on the same page, above the research scrolls.

They did say they were thinking of ways to gift crowns so the crown scroll could be that.

However I hope those experience scrolls are not "gain 100 -200 -300 CP" experience scrolls" i.e. an exp boost pack

some people in the game earn gold & sell it for RL money
(this is not something i partake in from either side of the transaction - i am simply aware of its existence)

gold sellers have been banned for breaching ToS across all platforms - the gold sellers will often just make a new accounts and return - which means the ban is only a temporary solution

if the datamined scroll you have linked with the gold coast trading logo, is a scroll that allows you to buy ingame gold for crowns
what i am saying is that zos may be considering selling gold themselves. (if you cant beat them - undercut them)

Anyway, I think:
Crown scroll - scroll with crowns that you can gift to anyone... or sell..
Exp scrolls - 3 types of: +100%, +200% and +300% exp boost.
Sadly, there is no description around, so I can only guess here

Ah, yes! Those gold sellers. They keep annoying me on my PSN inbox saying : go to this website for the best deals for ESO gold". I keep blocking them but they keep coming back to annoy me.

And actually, I thought they were scrolls to insta level your crafting skills, to follow on the theme of riding lessons, research scrolls, etc..

If this really is buying in-gold for crowns, then it will be actually much worse then I initially thought.

lmao, they won't undercut. gold in eso has always been incredibly expensive, but zyngamax greed on the housing in cash shop cost eventually made eso gold much cheaper. I began tracking prices just before and since the housing. As expected, they were greedy enough with housing that it brought down gold price sin the game it was most expensive in (as far as know most expensive mmo gold). They will be greedy enough to still charge 3 times as much or more and it won't put a dent in it. they will likely become more vigilant about banning their competition though, which would cause them to put more work into being careful potentially raising the costs of gold again a hair but more importantly getting a lot of nerdy/farmy/boxing players unjustifiably banned and it's zyngamax so they will get about a smuch of a valid response and assistance from customer service as they would from bamco over it. Then if they are addicted and cannot move and rebuy a new account, they won't wanna deal with an xp and gold grind, so what willt hey do? buy from a cautious seller and ironically not be banned on the new account that they made after being banned for doing wrong but farming too much for themselves. so no, no gold for cash shop please. chain reaction of another sort of meltdown after combat has already been made unfun by stunlocks every 2 seconds and all stamina going into constantly breaking the junk. literally everything in the game is tedious now, the last thing that wasn't was combat up until morrowbrokewind. all cash shop gld would do is give the greedy nerdy players and ones that were first to capitalize on every major exploit the excuse to make things ingame cost even more frakking gold in a game where it's hard to get gold without jumping on exploits or buying it outright. no thank you. no need to make things more inconvenient than they already are.

Can we count on player base speculation? I mean people speculated that getting into BG's would be difficult because Group Finder was always broken, but we see nothing came of.... oh wait.
