Vardenfell - Awaker Maraz not spawning (Public dungeon forgotten badlands)

Can someone please awaken Awaker Maraz in the northern of the Vardenfell public dungeon (EU-realm)? I'm already waiting for more than an hour for him to spawn, but no success. In total there were like 50 people in his room during the period and none of them was able to see (or spanw) him. Also, for some of us, even after all 6 bells were activated in the correct order they couln't access the room immediately. Some had to relog, some cleared the dungeon and returned afterwards (me including) before actually being able to enter the room after a couple of attempts with the bells.
