Anyone use "Ring Of Preservation" from the Fighters Guild skill line in PvP?

So I didn't know what to use apart from my normal setup for PvP on my stam sorc. So I just threw it on the bar for Yolos. It actually wasn't to bad in the recent BG which was holding a flag. Forget the recent post, because BG's are actually fun when they work
