Winter's Revenge Using Weapon Crit Not Spell Crit!

As others have noted in the regular forums, Winter's Revenge and the other morph appear to be using Weapon Critical not Spell Critical, this needs to be fixed as it is causing a significant loss of DPS compared to Elemental Blockade.
