I am not able to craft provisioning writs

I have only one question: what the hell happened with provisioning writs? For two days, it gave me a task to craft recipes which i don't have and can't find anywhere. No guild vendor has it. I was also trying to search for it in urns cause you know recipes spawn there but without luck. Today i should craft Battaglir Chowder and Eltheric Hooch but i can't. I have never had problems with provisioning writs, i should always craft recipes i had or i could buy it thanks to guild vendor, but since that enormous patch, i am not able to do that.

Did you check the brewer an chef sales npcs? They have sold writ recipes for a while now (besides master writ recipes)
