ZOS, when can we expect the queue system to be fixed?

Every time I want to queue up for a dungeon it will take at least 2 hours to find a group and maybe missing a person to actually teleport to a dungeon. Can you please fix this because I can't even get into dungeons anymore.

I think a new system may be needed for example allow people to solo or duo or three man queue with a balanced difficulty.

I'd just like to be able to queue for a random normal with friends and not have Group Finder spit out cogs because one of us forgot to set ourselves as a fake healer or tank to stop it having a heart attack. "You were putting us into normal Fungal I, we don't need an optimized group, we're only here for the random dungeon XP otherwise I'd solo it"

They should simply work on a completely new grouping system and stop putting little fixes on this crap system that actually wont fix anything...
C'mon Zos, you have the most succesful MMO in the market at the moment, you have the biggest audience of the genre... we as your customers deserve a better system, this game deserves it too. It's just embarrasing that something so basic as a grouping tool on a massive multiplayer online game is still at this stage...

yep same here been in queue for 2 + hours and no group was found.

Try another role. or query zone chat. guilds. whatever. What role are you queued as?

Make your own team with zone chats from wayrest, mournhold, elden root. Takes 5min.

something severly wrong. when i first started this game a year ago - average quee was 5 mins for a dps. any time of day. and people used to say that was too long-" quee as a tank or healer if you want to quee for only 10 seconds!"
we all know how bad it is now. last time i did a dungeon, did a random, left cos the team cp and dps was low and inexperienced. queed again, waited- and ended up in the same freaking coa2 dungeon with the same idiots. there are simple algorithms to create groups and optimise time here. dont know wha the issue is- dont care- just want what I'm paying 15 bucks a month for plus another 100 quid yesterday.
