QoL: Copy WoW's GF for Questing

Copy WoW's GF so we can find random groups doing certain quests like the Wbs etc.

Not sure you can legally copy someone's entire system.

They actually said about a system like this way back in beta I think, something about looking for others doing Dark Anchors then teaming up etc. I could just be remembering wrong.

Either way generally this is solved via zone chat.

Yeah but morrowind chat is basically dead most of the time, except when people want to trade or sell people spam for Wbs for like 30 mins+

So ZOS wanted to implement a system for dark anchor grouping... a level 3 player can solo dark anchors ffs and they want to do grouping for this? I have no words

I don't have any problems getting help with WBs through zone chat in Morrowind. There's a lot of players in Morrowind and they don't always answer the request but they DO show up to help.

You need to take into account that the difficulty of a lot of stuff in game was seriously nerfed for release or shortly afterwards. Seriously, stuff that is laughably easy now, was difficult at one point. Beta Doshia gave many of us nightmares for example.

Anyone familiar Destiny LFG? It was a 3rd party website. Wonder if an enterprising web designer could hock a similar system together for ESO.

Edit: seems its got a copyright, but appears to have branched out to various other games. wonder what it'd take to get one up and running for eso...

Edit 2: Seems they've been quite successful, and are going to release a general platform: FTW

Hmm. though it seems to rely on PS4,XBONE, and steam account data, so that may be an issue with ESO accounts...

The WoW group finder is (IMO) the only good thing about that game. There are other games out there that use something similar, and it might be useful in ESO.

I think FF14 has one too but not as good imo
