Dear Elder Scrolls online.

This time I am trying another approach and am offering how to quickly change.
Again I ask for a balance in armor perks.

Jewelry is very important to this.

There is only one spell based armor set that matches the same armor perks as two weapon sets.

Weapon
2 items adds weapon critical
3 items adds weapon critical
Sets
Widow Maker
Storm Master

Spell
2 items adds spell Critical
3 items adds spell Critical
SET
Wise Mage


But.

Here is why I feel there needs to be some sort of ZOS adjustment to one of the following: Combat Physician, Treasure Hunter or Mother’s Sorrow.
These three sets have 2 item and 4 item spell critical. All ESO would have to do is change the 4 item and the 3 item.

Why this should be done reasons.

Widow Maker is in Cradle of Shadows. 4 person. Easy to get groups to run vCOS.
Strom Master is in Tempest Island. 4 person. Easy to get groups to run vTI

Wise Mage Sanctum Ophidian. 12 person. < That shouldn’t have to be explain it at all but, the trolls might reply. (Doh poked the trolls, right. Sigh. )
To get a 12 person VSO group to run 2 or 3 times a night to farm gear. Not as easy as Pi.

My mother in law makes great pie.

I cannot clone 10 of my mother in law and make all eleven of them run VSO over and over and over to get the jewelry.

A plan to fix.
A suggestion of Combat Physician or Treasure Hunter over Mother’s Sorrow because 2 are 4 Person dungeons while Sorrow is overland.

Swap 3 Item with the 4 item perk. BA-Bam!

(I left out Kvatch Gladiator which is the only crafted set with 2 items adds weapon critical and 3 items adds weapon critical. Currently ESO does not have a crafted set that has 2 items adds spell Critical and 3 items adds spell Critical.(Had to put this in here for the trolls who assume this is not thoroughly researched. Plus as first pointed out, Jewelry is very important.)
