What do I do with this item? Says it is a small house furnishing. I dragged it from my inventory and tried to place it in the penthouse but I got the message did I want to destroy it?. How do I place it in the house? I didn't have any trouble placing the stool I bought to get the house.

✭Don't have this specific item but you did place it via pressing "r"(on PCs at least, opens housing menu) and choosing it there, not just by dragging it out of your inventory, right?
Might have to press F5 by default first I believe. But yes you don't literally drag it out of the inventory.Real stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time. ~ Terry Pratchett -

✭✭✭✭✭Played with mine... its placeable just like any other furnishing, F5 for editor, then place and move and whatever it until you are happy.
