Weapon dyes: Long past overdue and limited armor/weapon "Transmog"

Seriously, ZOS. The tired old argument of "we don't want people running around with pink swords/staves" died the minute you added lipstick-red weapons and armor to the game. Give us the option to dye our weapons, please. I, for one, am tired of running around with ruby red blades and staves. I would rather just have swords that look like good old steel, frankly.

And, on that note, if you're so against the idea of "pink" swords, then why not just only add the ability to dye our swords any of the previous weapon colors? Iron, steel, orichalum, dwarven, ebon, or the whole range of CP/Veteran colors? Even if Calcinium had a noticeable pink tinge to it, you still put it in the game.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ! Ladies! Hear my plea!

Also, I've noticed that for many of the classic items, the lower level armor and weapons look noticeably different from the higher level armor and weapons. Simpler, cruder you might say, and less ornate and flashy. I've been noticing this particularly while leveling lower level wardens through the main quests, and in fact, liked the look of the gear so much that I've kept them in level 4 gear and haven't bothered upgrading it for an added challenge.

Why not also give us the option to customize the "model" look of our armor and weapons? If those of us like the design of say, iron or steel khajiit armor (as opposed to the dwarven and higher level), but make it with higher level materials (i.e. rubedite) instead, why not allow us to do so? Hence my request for "limited" transmog, as you can only switch your armor to a lower level "model" while still keeping the high level of materials and being able to dye it however you wish as normal.

I also think the "PVP players have a right to know the kind of gear you're using" is rather pointless, as nobody in PVP needs to know anything other than "Hey, that's an enemy player, let's kill him." And considering that most everyone already uses costumes or polymorphs in PVP, the argument is moot anyway.

So yes, raise your voices, fashionistas! Allow players to fully customize the look of their gear!
