The Base mount would still be the 10,000 gold one. But, have some mounts locked behind completing Alliance Specific Storylines/Quests. Not something simple.
Such as:
Basic Senche Mount: 100,000 Gold, Requires "Hero of the Aldmeri Dominion"
Basic Guar Mount: 100,000 Gold, Requires "Hero of the Ebonheart Pact"
Yet Another Horse (or something else): 100,000 Gold, Requires "Hero of the Daggerfall Covenant"
Would you have any suggestions?
