Battle Ground Queue STILL Broke...

How is it even remotely possible that after months of work & a month of being on the PTS that the singular primary thing with your latest update, the thing that over 90% of your player base was excited about, the only reason why many people are still subscribed, because you promised us battle grounds, is BROKEN?!?!!?!?
How much money does it take to fix this because we're seriously tired of subbing & not having working content. Zenimax, give me a price amount & I'll gladly pay to support this game not being broken.

I sat through a 40+ minute queue, constantly being put at the front of the queue, after the first 25 or so minutes, with people apparently declining. I finally get into the capture the flag, I take 2 steps & then permanent loading screen for 10 minutes; yea I killed the process in task manager. Yea, I got the 11+ minute deserter wait....
People other than me have had worse stories than I do!
Do you not have a Quality Assurance team? What is the problem, & how can I/we help fix it, because this is clearly unacceptable by any means of the word!
Oh and by the way, I press the Join Queue button, it does nothing, I wait for a minute or 2 & press it again, still nothing, it takes about 10-50 random tries before it pops; what is going on????
