[XB1] Hel Ra Citadel - Bottom boss won't respawn after a wipe

As in the title, the bottom boss at the split in Hel Ra Citadel (left side) will not respawn if the group wipes.

This is problematic because, like pretty much all of the Trials, there is a very high likelihood of crashes/disconnects in Hel Ra. If you lose the tank or healer on the bottom pull, RIP, start the Trial over or just call it a night.

    Just completed a vHRC HM run.

    Had 3 disconnects on the first boss, 1 on the second, and 3 on the final boss.

    I can provide gamertag and rough times if that would be helpful.

    We should be celebrating this bug's anniversary by now... It has been on console sonce launch. And yes, Hel Ra is broken too. Not as bad as Maw, but still very bad.

    Yeah. We only seriously run SO and AA now.

    SO is pretty smooth. There are some annoying bugs and the framerate is garbage but we have very few crashes and disconnects there.

    AA is hit or miss. Biggest problem we have is that people DC like crazy if we run it back-to-back. Like, we'll have a smooth run and decide to run it again for a score, and well then have 10+ DCs on that next run. We've started hard resetting between runs and that seems to help.

    We tried 2 times to do Speed Run on AA last night. Both times we missed because people kept DCing before portals. And this is the most stable trial.

    The situation is really terrible on Xbox One.
