I reached my first million gold today

Thanks to the hype of some of the new sets, I was able to make 900k since morrowind release and hit 1.3 million. Though with the gold sink that is housing I ended up spending it on the amaya lake lounge but it was totally worth it

congrats...not an easy thing for the vast majority of us...

unfortunately I have a bit of "better" gear addiction, so, I make it, spend it, make it, spend it...hmmmmm, eerily similiar to my irl finances

I know how you feel - I spent March and April saving up my first mil+, and then blew it all on Hunding's Palatial Hall.

Ya once the first one rolls in its easier. You learn how to play the market. But its a scuzzy place to be trading amongst the billionaires. I've made 8 million for housing and I'm dirt broke.

Came back to game back in December, with about 800k and only 1.0 motifs, then had to earn and buy the new ones so probably spent nearly 4-5m or more collecting the newer ones, then i'm back up to about 3m again now while playing off and on since December.

For me it was the hardest to make because I was buying the bank upgrades as well as the bag upgrades and riding lessons on my first character. After that there weren't many things to spend on or there were so widely spaced apart so I didn't really notice. The only big "dips" were 10x hakeijos for my first V16 tank gear back when they costed a lot (300K in total) and about 2.8M spent getting motifs completed right before Homestead. I have since fully upgraded bags and riding on another 8 characters. I don't even farm to sell, just sell surplus mats and gear. But the money keeps coming.

Fortunately, at least we do not have mortgages; property taxes (and the slew of additional community taxes); utility bills; housing upkeep; outdoor maintenance; insurances and some I know I am overlooking, that are irl costs.

But hope I did not jinx us and draw attention to another potential ca$h cow for good ole Zo$. Hate to see the above items addressed as crown crate specials or as bundled services in the Crown Shop some day.

@geonsocal I think your altoholisim plays a part in that as well.
