FluffyReachWitch✭✭✭✭It might be a while before a crown sale. We had a sale over the last free to play week, which was pretty recent. That said, nobody but Zenimax knows these things until just before they start.
ESO Plus itself never goes on sale, but you pay slightly less if you take the longer subscription options.
