upgrade from Unlimited to ESO+ cost more to switch?

already have ESO unlimited, i fail to see why it is benefital to get ESO+ upgraded once unlimited was paid, i assumed it would pay up remaining cost of upgrades instead of full amount of 60 dollars, i dont see price reduced if owning Unlimited then decided to get full eso+ for harvest bag and extra bank slots. i also already got 4 DCL packs (thieves, assassins, and vamps/weres).

As someone who owns Tamriel Unlimited (ESO v2), you can continue to play ESO without the Morrowind Chapter (ESO v3).

Perhaps you're asking about the difference between the ESO TU + gold upgrade + Morrowind upgrade and any point of having ESO Plus?

I'm having trouble understanding what you typed but I think your question is why should you get eso+ when you already have the dlc from buying eso unlimited. The answer is for the craft bag and extra bank slots and any other dlcs that come out while you are subed. Also there is no Vampire and werewolf dlcs so I'm not sure what you mean by that.

I assume that ESO Unlimited would be best for people who have no intention of getting ESO+ to access the DLC's or for people who wanted to keep the DLC's if they cancelled ESO+ sub.

If you have bought the former I don't know why you would expect a discount on the latter, because you made a choice and have to live with it. I bought Orsinium and IC before they introduced the craft bag, which led me to get ESO+, but I would not have expected a discount on it. I certainly would not have got ESO+ just for access to DLC's.

already got Morrowwind as pre-order.
or i can just add subscrip just to get harvest bag and extra bank slots? if going unsub, will lose harvest bag? or i have to be ESO plus to get sub?

ESO Plus is the same thing as paying monthly subscription fee.

If you ever decide to stop the monthly subscription after putting stuff in craft bag or filling extra bank slots, then you can still withdraw those items, but you can't put anything more in there.

To get the crafting (harvest) bag, and extra bank slots, you must subscribe to ESO Plus. Without ESO Plus, you will lose these. (You will not lose anything in them, if you already have ESO Plus, you will just not be able to add stuff)

Morrowind requires the pre-order and is unrelated to ESO Plus.
