Which one heals for more Rally (2H) or Twin Slashes (DW) ?

To max level toons with both 2H or DW skills maxed :

Can someone tell me which one heals you more..Rally from 2H or the heal over time from Twin Slash DOT ?

Rally...just because of the heal at the end. If you're using DW, you should be spamming bloodthirst for heals.
