Broken animations: Something's weird in Spellscar

Quick and dirty upload, there's something majorly wrong with the Spellscar area animations in Craglorn. Lighting and other effects are failing to terminate, shaking beams moving from object to object, there's strange things in the sky.... I've even seen floating blue lightning cycling through.
All very weird.
